Using Ultra settings on proton experimental and set fps limit to 30 from steam settings. Great experience and hardly drops below 30-28 fps

Secondary Launcher Problem:Yes
I wanted to disable uplay notifications for an annoying popup during gameplay. It was impossible to close the UPlay overlay for some reason after that so had to restart steam.
