Was a big luck to find, that the old Proton 8.0-5 is working. I was short before to give up with Linux + Gaming.
Tinker Steps:Switch to older version: 8.0-5
After that the game was running good. At the beginning the typical shader compilation issues. Now the game is equal to Windows.
