couldn't launch without adding a swapfile to my system (see below), after that sound didnt work outside cutscenes

was running into error where launch fails with popup "cannot be used without enabling virtual memory' Fix was to create a swapfile and add it to system:
dd if=/dev/zero of=/swapfile bs=1M count=8k status=progress
chmod 0600 /swapfile
mkswap -U clear /swapfile
swapon /swapfile
echo "/swapfile none swap defaults 0 " >> /etc/fstab
mount -a
