-Tried it out with Proton Experimental, Proton 8.0-2 and Proton GE 8.4. Tried all of these out on both base game and the DX11 compatible mode in the run options, nothing worked.

-Tried it both on POP_OS! 23.04 and Debian 12 Bookworm, same results.

Easy Anti-Cheat pops up saying "Initializing", closes, then nothing happens. Sometimes Steam says the game is running, sometimes it simply recognizes that the game closed. Somehow once the game let me get to the first shader optimizing part but froze there.
