Periodic slowdown in specific areas. Overall unstable frame pacing (timing?) that causes drops even to 40+ fps noticable on smooth scrolling camera pans.
Nothing significant, but surprising performance issues and battery drain (17+ Watts).
Performance issues rarely impact gameplay.
There's some alerts in terms of updating your Windows version and Nvidia/AMD drivers, but the game still allows you to launch and play the game normally with 0 adjustments.
At first there were areas that dropped in frames with unstable fps, but after two patches the performance is significantly improved and the worst areas (open with plenty of people or monsters) didn't drop below 30fps. In dungeons and combat youncan easily get at least 45-50fps (I set my cap to 45 because of the harder areas).
Battery drain is also 10-17W depending on the scene, mostly closer to 11-12 on average. So excellent battery life.
Played for the first time, specifically Remix, and had no issues. Ran perfectly and got through the first boss in story plus a combo over 400.
I did see others mention lag and/or long load times but I didn't experience any of that.
You can get to the title screen but it gets stuck on "Authenticating". I tried a few proton versions but couldn't get it beyond this point.
Little hiccups/stutters, especially around cutscenes, but uncommon and not a hinderance.
Largely ran just fine with no significant performance issues, especially during actual gameplay.
Game semi-frequently freezes on resume from sleep, forcing close and relaunch. Sometimes just the input is not recognized (only in-game), which also requires relaunch.
Full screen when launching docked would leave the picture misaligned (down and to the right). Launching in handheld and THEN docking would be fine.
Resuming from sleep caused rapid-fire input that skipped dialog and prevented normal game play. This was fixed with relaunching software.
I've played ~23 hours in the game (beat chapter 4) with only the issues mentioned.
