Had to use PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 PROTON_NO_FSYNC=1 %command% as Launch Options to get the game to launch

Had to add PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command% -nointro to launch options to get the game running
Initially I added PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 as well but that just made the game crash randomly. Without esync fsync textures are low res, but eh, at least playable

Slight stuttering every now and then, increasing HavokNumThreads might help
