No window displayed - not sure if hangs or just display issue

Opens:No
Game "opens" in that a process is created. (as "winedevice.exe", I am pretty sure.) Process does not spawn any display. Can be quit via "Stop" on steam. WM is i3wm but I don't think that should matter.
