Additionally, graphical skins on Legends appear incomplete, showing only clay models instead of fully rendered graphics. This significantly disrupts gameplay experience, making it frustrating.
In the latest Apex Legends Season 21, playing on Linux Steam Fedora 40 (Proton Experimental) presents several issues. When attempting to switch weapons, there's a brief 2 to 4-second freeze in Legend movement. Additionally, graphical skins on Legends appear incomplete, showing only clay models instead of full graphics, which significantly disrupts gameplay experience. These issues are particularly frustrating, making the game less enjoyable. My system specs for gaming are as follows:
- OS: Fedora Linux 40 (Workstation Edition)
- Kernel: 6.8.9-300.fc40.x86_64
- CPU: 12th Gen Intel Core i5-12400F
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060
- GPU Driver: NVIDIA 550.78
- RAM: 32 GB
These issues require attention and fixing to enhance the gaming experience on Linux systems.

The main game on Fedora 39 Linux is very stable; however, I'm not a fan of FSR in Overprime, and I prefer DLSS. So far, gaming has been smooth without any issues. The RTX 3050 performs at 60-90 fps on full settings.
