Flatpak install of Steam and community build of Proton with 'pressure vessel' disabled

flatpak install com.valvesoftware.Steam.CompatibilityTool.Proton

Also had to increase ulimit https://github.com/lutris/docs/blob/master/HowToEsync.md

I went through the tutorial when the game launched, haven't played any more yet.
