Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: GE-Proton9-27, Set launch options, Changed configuration

In order to get Warframe working in Desktop Mode with Mouse and Keyboard enabled. I had to Add Warframe.x64.exe as a non steam game along with the extra command -cluster:public -registry:Steam and of course compatability mode with Proton GE-27 More info can be found here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3027980121
For Graphical settings : All Low settings 1280x720(for desktop mode) Cap at 60fps FSR2.2 Balanced or Performance depending on if doing open world content Enjoy.
