Can confirm that. Downloaded the vc_redist.x86.exe and renamed it according to the fix on https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/4138#issuecomment-850575335. Works fine except that it installs the vc-redist.exe every time I launch the game. But works fine.
