The game does not start, even with and withouth protontricks. Using Proton 7.

In my previous report, the game did not start. I cleared the launch options and the game now starts.

Maybe because of performance problems
Very slow after reloading a saved game.
Probaly because of the the intergrated GPU, the game is playable with the lowest settings.

If the screen flickering can be solved, I would I answer YES that the game would be enjoyable.
If using FSR2, the auras of the NPC is offset about a meter to the right. Turning off FSR2 gets rid of this problem. Also, I have major screen-flickering.
My ultrawide monitor with a resolution of 5120x1440 cannot use use fullscreen. Using borderless window does work, but the game does not support that resolution, and you get black borders to the right and left.
If restarting the game, I get performance issues (low FPS). Only way to get rid of the performance issues is to restart the computer.
If changing monitor freesync to another mode (i.e. Ultimate Freesync to Standard Freesync, or to NO Freesync), the game freezes.
I have not found any solution of the screen flickering, which is very annoying.
If you have problems with screen-flickering, or fullscreen, test using X11 instead of Wayland.
Disregard my previous report. The culprit was Wayland, and changed my window-compositor back to X11, and I am able to play the game in fullscreen without screen-flickering. Still though, 5120x1440 is not supported in the game.
Played one long battle in the campaign with no problems. Proton 6.3-8
Previously I was not able to run the game. The cause of this was because the game was installed on a NTFS partition. Moving the game to an ext4 partition solved my problems. ( I found out that Proton do not work well with games installed on NTFS partitions).
I have not tested multiplayer.
It is currently Early Access. The quality of the game under Proton may change under development.
