I'm a super Deck noob still currently, just got it today, but I set refresh rate to 40 and lowered TDP to 6 and this game seems to still run perfectly smoothly (with in-game vsync turned on), only tried first 3 levels so far though.
Seems to run perfectly. Only change I made in game settings was switching from default controller to Steam Controller.
