the game at moment is capped at 30 fps (even on windows) There is this workaround:
Go to: C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\APK\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
Open: Engine.ini
Add this and save the file: [/script/engine.engine] bUseFixedFrameRate=False bSmoothFrameRate=True MinDesiredFrameRate=60.000000 SmoothedFrameRateRange=(LowerBound=(Type=Inclusive,Value=30.000000),UpperBound=(Type=Exclusive,Value=60.000000))
Close the file and open your game
