Tinker Steps:Set launch options

Performance:Slight Performance Problems
Sometimes fps drops to 60-70 from 120 (vsync on), but not much of an issue
If you set DX12 beta in launch options and Proton Experimental, it'll work fine (except frame drops mentioned earlier). Without launch options it only worked on Proton 7 and had a lot of performance issues.
P. S.: don't mind the GPU, I'm on a laptop and have RTX 3050 mobile, steam for some reason didn't recognize it.
