I was expecting it to not open at all, but I was pleasantly surprised.
The game somehow runs better, I don't understand how but on Windows I was getting around 20fps when playing on low settings with (if I remember correctly) a resolution between 900p or 1050p, but in Lubuntu it runs at 1080p (also in lowest settings) perfectly.
There is no reason to play it if I can't hear Cave Johnson's voice
No sound at all.
Controller's Input stopped working when the personality core asks you to shoot at the boxes with the toilet MkII, keyboard Input was detected but I couldn't use my controller at all, it was working fine before this part, I also tried changing the controller layout to a community made one and the game seemed to crash. This happened to me while playing with a Dualshock 4 over bluetooth with a TP-Link 4.0 USB adapter at first using the default layout, but again when I tried to change it the game crashed.

The Native version is not supported, play with the compatibility settings on.
From what I tried the game runs well and I cant notice a difference, but I am so annoyed that the native version is not supported because I wanted to play with my friends and there I was sitting like an idiot wondering why I can't find the menu to join my friend's lobby, and when I found out I had to sit, looking at my screen, having to see a download bar that says that the game won't download until tomorrow, I hope this doesn't happen to many people.
It works great.
The main feature of this game (the ability to play it, while looking at your desktop or any other window) is gone and replaced with a black screen.
The game run perfectly when just installed.
Huge difference compared to playing on Windows since modding the game was required for it to start up, also the game didn't a ran well on Windows, but in Linux when in game I didn't suffer any lag or stutters.
I had to switch to an older Proton version (5.0-10), and since I can't "alt-tab" I avoid playing this game.
Kinda annoying to have to switch Proton versions, and the fact that I can't "alt-tab" is really annoying since it's one of my favorite things to do when playing video games on PC, since I love listening to videos on the background, having music, checking Discord and Whatsapp and the occasional race when on class, but since swapping to Lubuntu I wasn't able to do that with this game, probably for the better.
The game works really well when just installed, tough the Origin start screen is kinda annoying.
Origin overlay shows up, and it's kinda glitchy, it doesn't become a problem unless you get a notification (for example when a friend goes online), because then the game gets interrupted, but you can easily get back into the game.
The game occasionally goes offline when in the middle of a match, but I think it's not because of the compatibility layer since I heard that it was being DDOS'd.
