I had to install the wallpaper engine KDE plugin at https://github.com/catsout/wallpaper-engine-kde-plugin

Windowing:Other

You can't use the menu for wallpaper engine. you have to use the plugin to change settings

Instability:Not Listed

Only when you open wallpaper engine program vs using the plugin in kde

https://github.com/catsout/wallpaper-engine-kde-plugin < will only work in a KDE based desktop. I attempted this in xerolinux which is arch based.
