Works out of the box!
Could just be an issue with my configuration, but my system fans started ramping up quickly after starting the game. No gameplay issued noticed through length of tutorial (~5 minutes) other than the fans.
Will submit additional information after trying the proprietary Nvidia drivers, as well as attempting to run the game with just Intel video drivers.

The screen will flash a white panel briefly before fading to black, stobes a gray-green, and then back to black with an ambiance track playing in the background. Nothing is presented on the screen. Hopefully this is fixed soon.
