This game does not support cloud saves but I was able to copy my savegame over from my Linux PC and finish the game on my Steam Deck. It even works with the Steam Deck Dock, but I did not bother changing the resolution beyond the default. As for input, both the Steam Deck trackpad, the touchscreen and bluetooth mouse/keyboard work as expected.
