Report made while game is in Early Access, however, the game worked great without any tinkering on my end.

The Seven Years War (1756-1763)
Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental
Significant Bugs:Yes
Significant bug occasionally crashes the game. Unrelated to Proton as bug seems to be related to the engine and DX7. Game is still playable despite this and relaunching the game usually fixes things.
The game runs smoothly on my potato of a laptop. The game requires basically nothing to play and runs well on Linux with Proton, despite some bugs with the engine. The game itself is fun. Its nothing special graphically, which is one reason it runs so well on my cheap laptop.
Definitely not a game for impatient players as its very slow to progress.
