I think unless you know what you're doing, out of the box this game won't run well for everyone
Very low FPS, essentially unplayable
As long as you can get past the few hiccups of vysnc and actually launching and getting into the game it runs wonderfully
Sometimes audio goes really muffled for no reason (cannot confirm if audio stops playing after first major cut scene as my save game was later on)
Sometimes textures would load strangely (and V sync caused an array of problems, so avoid V sync at all costs)
When launching the game, I could see the loading screen, but as soon as it appears in the main menu, clicking it closes the full screen but locks your mouse inside of the game so you can't click anything (and sometimes the keyboard doesn't do anything). Unsure if a certain key combo can always get you out 100% of the time, but this happened to me nearly all the time.
Sometimes for the first few minutes after launching the fps can drop but after that it runs absolutely fine
There's one scene at the end where UE4 crashes, lowering graphic settings let you play it (the one with the scene and mirror lady)
