Graphics settings all set to Medium, with the exception of light quality, geometry quality, and texture filter quality which are set to High. Render scale is set to 120 in handheld mode and 80 on the big screen. Set to 30 fps cap via steam

Was able to get a solid 40fps with the next gen update on dx12. Had to set most settings to low / medium and few to high. Turned on built in fsr 2.0 rather than using the steam decks.
