If you have nvidia and want to use DLSS then use Launch Options: SteamDeck=1 PROTON_DISABLE_NVAPI=0 PROTON_ENABLE_NGX_UPDATER=1
SteamDeck=1 fixes almost all issues, especially with nvidia
