Only encountered a singe error and that is that the game doesn't properly exit while in full screen. You'll have to stop the proton process yourself. Can be "fixed" by setting the game to windowed before exiting.

Game runs smoothly with the ini tweaks mentioned in other reports and the following start command: WINEDLLOVERRIDES="xaudio2_7=n,b" %command%
You'll have to turn off godrays, otherwise they end up crashing. To do that, put gr off as the value for sStartingConsoleCommand in Fallout4.ini under the [general] section.
