Everything works perfect, except the mouse issue.
[Mouse issue fix] Fix the mouse movement HowTo.
Go to location: /home/user/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/377160/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/My Documents/My Games/Fallout4/
Then create a new Fallout4Custom.ini add the line below and save the file. [Controls] bBackgroundMouse=1
Now delete everything inside Fallout4Pref.ini file, save the file
Now start the game, and enjoy!
Game works out of box on my Fedora 30. Played 2 hours (online) without any issues or hiccups. Highly recommended game also!

With simple tweak this game run out of the box on Fedora 29
Only one thing, game seems to lag on fresh install.
To fix that go to settings and set FPS to unlimited! And Enjoy game play!
