Next step is essential. On the web browser, go to: https://www.dll-files.com/download/e610e2fe9c06682d5a1362d088f6e061/xaudio2_9.dll.html?c=YUFGOGdYNUF6SFl4R2NTaGhKQTlqQT09
The link will download the 64bit file automatically. Open the xaudio2_9.zip file in your download folder. You need to put xaudio2_9.dll into the game folder. Drop the file from the zip folder directly to the game folder.
