Game runs poorly when in Windowed. Starts in Windowed by default at the minimum allowable resolution while also freezing a little bit.
I just had to resize, but if your experience is worse you can manually set DisplaySetting to 1 in ~/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/1382330/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Roaming/SEGA/Steam/P5S/config.xml
