GE-Proton8-4 fixes this
To setup controller use touch screen/keyboard & mouse to create a save which will then give you input options

Graphic settings set to low, is limited to 30fps but usually will sit at 15FPS. Limit in Steam Deck side panel options to 15FPS more most stable playthrough
Recommended on a Linux PC with better hardware than the Steam Deck

Scale text larger in accessability
Maybe use CryoUtils and make sure everything is green (use recommended settings), including manually booting into the Steam Deck BIOS and setting VRAM to 4GB
If set to 40fps on Steam Deck, game will run at half speed which makes character movement slow and sluggish. Keep in 60fps for best experience.
Set game resolution to 720p then set to 30fps
Game allows larger text in settings
stutters as it's FPS fluxuates to much
Heroic Launcher sometimes logs out of Epic, would sometimes have to re-login to play.
Heroic Launcher would loose track of Steam's default Proton install. Would have to switch Proton version than immediently switch back for Heroic to see again.
