Batman: Arkham Asylum Game of the Year Edition
The game doesn't actually start without adding the d3dcompiler_47 DLL through protontricks. Even if it is small, it requires tinkering.
Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental, protontricks
Installed the following DLL : d3dcompiler_47

It probably runs on Proton 9, but I have tested through Experimental.
