Deadlock
The game is not greatly optimized but in my experience DX11 gives me almost stable 60fps on my IGPU

Performance:Slight Performance Problems
Lowest possible settings, at 720p with stretch scaling option at 50% resolution scale
Use vulkan for a bit more performance, first run will be laggy as it needs to generate shaders before steam can process them, use console (F7) and map street_test to compile shaders

The game works but you have to force fullscreen in KDE Plasma 6.1 by right clicking on the task manager icon
