For playing in VR, I recommend increasing texture detail (or whatever it's called) as high as you can. I had it set to "Ultra". The rest of the graphics settings were from the medium preset.
Worked flawlessly in VR with an Index after switching to the Proton (Windows) version. The native build also worked well in my limited testing for regular, non-VR gameplay (I had an issue once where I couldn't interact with items and had to restart)
I've been getting (sometimes rather annoying) artifacts recently, but I suspect that's purely due to me running an NVIDIA GPU on Wayland. This is happening across my entire system, it just varies.
TIP: limit FPS to 30 to significantly reduce input lag, assuming your PC can put out 30+ FPS.
Absolutely no issues related to Linux. The game is very demanding; I could only get 30 to maybe 50 FPS. I tested it on Windows and the results were identical (apart from the game not launching in fullscreen on Windows, but rather a borderless window not taking up the whole screen).
It crashed while playing a minigame with CoPlay after a little bit

You need to switch to Proton 9.0, otherwise it crashes upon connecting to a server. Also you can't play on EAC-enabled servers.
If the game doesn't launch, open a terminal and run: WINEPREFIX=~/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/444200/pfx/ ~/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/Proton\ 5.0/dist/bin/wine64 uninstaller
and remove Mono.
See linked GitHub issue for more info.
The game sometimes suffers from lag spikes and I'm usually one of the last to load in, and if I'm tabbed out I'll load in a few seconds after switching back to the game, so it seems to have issues fully loading when the window isn't focused.
