Use Proton Experimental and set brightness (if afffected) to 200 and it's quite enjoyable :)
Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental, Set launch options

Graphics:Missing Textures
Game is darker in wine 8+ versions but performance is quite good, wine 7 gives the windows-like brightness but performance is highly impacted (300-500fps vs. 50-70fps)
Windowing:Switching
Exclusive fullscreen doesn't like to be tabbed out and it changes the monitors from time to time. Windowed fullscreen has a little bit less performance (like 5-10%) but tabbing and minimizing works like a charm :)
Performance:Slight Performance Problems
FPS drops at game start
Significant Bugs:
Like said, the brightness is a huge issue in wine 8+ versions.
