Works out of the box with no noticable perfomance loss.
Worked out of the box with Proton 8.0-3. No deletion of mp4 files necessary to start it.
About the same framerate as on Windows.
Played for about 10 mins offline.

Works out of the box including Multiplayer without issues
With my hardware I got 60 to 95 fps on max settings. On first enter of the old world I had a framedrop to around 35 fps but no frame drops on subsequent travels.

Nothing to complain here - haven't tried the game on Windows, therefore I can not really comment on the performance difference but I have 100 to 144 fps on almost maxed settings.
