Being able to play with 4 people as THE HOST OF THE INSTANCE without any problems is insane. Even when one of those players are playing on xbox. No differnce between windows. I got lag spikes without gamemode, so remember to turn that on.
Sometimes it's smooth like butter, even in intense fights. Other times the fps goes way down hill, like 15-25 fps.
I tried Proton 9.0-4, Proton experimental, Proton Hotfix and ProtonGE. None of them fixed my problem.
The game runs perfectly at times, even at high enemy counts. But out of nowhere BAM 10-30 fps. How often and long the fps reduction is feels very random. It happens at very random times and it can go on for like 5 minutes or 30 seconds.
I still enjoyed playing the game. But still very frustrating at times, especially when it's the reason you died. I haven't really played the game much with Proton 9.0-4, but I feel like it's a more consistent experience than the others.
