Enabling Realtime reflections result in a massive frame drop. Disabling that option results with no problems.
Works right out of the box with GE-Proton10-4. Minor initial fullscreen hiccup, fixes it automatically after restarting the game.
That's perfectly normal for warframe to not run in fullscreen on a new computer, however changing to fullscreen it will stay in same windowed size regardless the resolution. To fix this, simply set your desired resolution in my case 1920x1080@144. Do NOT choose Borderless fullscreen, use normal fullscreen instead.
Confirm changes, exit the game and the next time you start playing it will be fixed.

Players will only experience a minor hiccup from windowed to fullscreen, as the game will not initially comply. That being said the game works flawlessly with no visual bugs, gliches or slowdowns.
