i think playing it on linux doesn't have any disadvantages and may have even advantages since win11 optimization isn't really good.
Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: proton 9-0-4, stable version
the only problem i had with this game was because of the latest opensuse leap version as of today. the game never worked with it, so i had to distrohop and with solus it works perfectly out of the box. i think any rolling-release or "suitable for gaming" distro like arch or bazzite would work fine if i tried them.
