Installed mfc140 DLL using protontricks (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kaf0CIx19Rg)
Wouldn't work before installing mfc140 DLL, but seems to work perfectly since then. I haven't tried playing online yet. I also haven't tried without --launcher-skip, so I don't know if that's actually necessary.
