Full game will run with less issues and better performance. OBT was fun to play considering the circumstances.

In my case, there are some artifacts but not gamebreaking. Other users reported heavy artifacts and graphic issues.
Running the game on a 3440x1440 resolution causes small grey bars on the side to appear.
This can be fixed via REframework options. The #WINEDLLOVERRIDES="dinput8.dll=n,b"# launch-option is necessary for REframework.
My Controller only works if Steam-overlay is enabled
With given launch options and using the Highest textures + ANISO 16 and a few additional options reduced or disabled, the OBT runs mostly on 80 FPS capped with a 3440x1440 resolution for me. The village and hub cause CPU bottlenecks. The area right outside the hub seems to put the GPU under load the most, staying around 60 FPS but with heavy dips sometimes down to 30 FPS. FSR Quality is enabled.
GPU was set to max 2500MHz clockrate with the manual profile "compute" in LACT.
Stutters are still common. Couldn't find a fix for me to reduce them but this most likely is just a common issue with the beta.
Even with optimizations in the full game, decent hardware is required. Especially when playing on a 2560x1440 resolution and higher.
It seems common for many users that the OBT causes AMD drivertimeouts and occasinally crashing the desktop enviroment as well. The only crashes i got at the beginning were with the MHW benchmark tool while framegen was enabled (Wasn't able to play the first OBT with my new system). Occasinally crashed as well when my GPU was running on very high clockrates. Switching proton to #Proton Experimental Bleeding-Edge# fixed my crashing issue for almost all cases.
I was able to run the beta now about close to 2 hours with the aforementioned settings in the performance section. Hunted Rey Dau as well to make sure the GPU is under good load. No crashes occured in those 2 hours.
Using framegeneration does however rarely cause a 5sec freeze but my GPU soft resets and the game continues to run.
FSR only works with AMD Native AA. Different options cause a blackscreen.
Using the launch-option #VKD3D_CONFIG=disable_uav_compression# fixed the issue for me and i was able to use the other options as well without blackscreen.
Sometimes i can't join other peoples quests. Could relate to a higher latency because the host is on a different continent. Playing with others closer to my location seems to work fine.
With the first beta running it on my old system, there were many cases where the latency caused disconnections. Monsters teleported and were in completely different locations compared to the host's position. But this seems to be a inevitable issue when playing with users from a different continent.

PROTON_SET_GAME_DRIVE=1 %command%
Crackling only at the beginning of a mission briefing. Audio in-game later runs fine.
Latency with selecting multiple units though this mostly likely is an issue with the demo itself since windows users report this issue as well.
Mission briefings seems unstable at first and caused crashes without added launch option and specific proton version. As soon as a mission starts it seems to run fine.
