None of the tricks found here worked; tried proton-5.0-rdr2-4, the kill trick and only got as far as an unresponsive black window

I nearly finished the game with no issues, except one crash when playing a VHS tape. I couldn't finish the last run unfortunately

The game would crash sometimes when playing a VHS tape in-game. The last VHS crashed constantly, and afterwards the game began crashing spontaneously
