20 FPS. There is a lot of lag when moving. Absolutely unplayable.
Works fine without any problem.
If social club says that offline mode not available, try to choose a newer Proton in Steam.

While Windows users report memory leaks, I haven't experienced any issues even after dozens of hours of gameplay - RAM usage stays consistent at 11-12 GB including other system applications. With DLSS and Frame Generation enabled, it maintains a steady 100+ FPS, occasionally dipping to 90+ in some areas.
The game works just fine. Yes, you'll probably have to do a few extra steps to install it, but it's well worth it.

After downloading the game, execute commands:
cd ~/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/306130/pfx/dosdevice
rm ./z:
ln -s ~/.steam/debian-installation/steamapps/common/ ./z:
In Steam select Proton 4.11-13, run TESO installer. Install the game. After installation, you can change Proton to newest.
When minimizing and maximizing the game window, the game interface may stop responding to mouse clicks, but this can be fixed by repeated minimizing and maximizing
Randomly Xorg might crash, exiting the game will have tty instead of the desktop environment
