Proton 9.0-1 could not run Port Royal. Port Royal runs in Proton Experimental. Time Spy has frequent texture glitches and occasional freezes. SystemInfo does not work.

The black hilt on the lightsaber turned white a few times while on the ship. Extremely minor and potentially a bug with the game itself.
Typical Vulkan Shader Compilation.
Accessing the menu dropped the fps to 15 and stayed that way in normal gameplay. Appears to be fixed in recent Proton Experimental build.
I originally played through the game on the RX 570. I played the game at 1080p high settings. The game typically ran between 30-60 fps. Entering the menu dropped the fps to 15. The 15fps drop stayed until I restarted the game. The menu isn't too pertinent in gameplay and can be unmapped to avoid this issue. I played the game on proton 7.0-3 and experimental.
I recently switched to the RX 6600 and played the game at 1440p epic settings. I received a solid 60 fps most of the time. The only real drops occurred while shaders compiled. The menu bug appears to be fixed on the most recent version of proton experimental.
Both stock proton and ge exhibit a small rectangular splash screen in the middle of the monitor with the logo. The game never launches.
Both the stock and aur versions of proton built using native libraries exhibit the same behavior. Switching back to X11 exhibits the same behavior. The stock kernel also exhibits the same behavior.
