Tinker Steps:Launcher: Heroic Launcher, Switch to experimental, Set launch options

Secondary Launcher Problem:Yes
Needed to install Visual C++ for UE4 and was met with a black screen. After that I launched the game in Desktop mode and was asked to pair it with Epic - after I did that, I was able to launch the game in Game Mode and have it run fine.
