Tinker Steps:protontricks
Disable Steam Overlay
Requires "protontricks 1434950 d3dcompiler_47 d3dx11_43" and disabling Steam Overlay. Works with both mainline Proton and GE-Proton-8-22. Contrary to some reports, doesn't require PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 - to the contrary, this causes the game to crash when entering cities.
