Saving issue requires manual renaming and relocation of the file outside the game

In native windows (load/save, rename ride, ...), the cursor has a constant offset.
Save Games:Other
All saved game are named "~/.SV6" (just the extension with no name, located in my home folder), I have to manually move them to the correct folder and give them a correct name.
Those issues don't change the gameplay experience at all, I only have to be careful when I save a game as it could override a previous unrelated save.
