Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition
Bronze
Used the same tweaks everyone else needed to use to get the game running. What hasn't already been mentioned is the severe performance issues with sound effects. Frame rates seem drop proportionally to the number of sound effects there are at once. The worst is during Operation Anchorage where there are constant sounds from weather or artillery firing on top of combat sounds. The only things that seem to help are avoiding sound effect heavy sequences and disabling sound in the INI file.
