There seems to be a minor issue where you are hearing sounds from directions that aren't visible from npcs/enemies in-game (i.e: hearing an enemy on your left ear (headphones), when they're no where insight of you)

Info I found from a german website said they used Proton 6.3.5 and used the launch parameter " + r_rhirenderfamily d3d11 ". It works.
