Unable to launch the game it complains about not being able to find the video card driver

Trying to launch and a popup is showing telling the following
"We were unable to determine your video card's river version. This may be due to an unexpected response from the driver support package, or because the driver support package is not installed. If you have installed the latest version of you graphic card's driver, you may ignore this message"
if i click ok or ignore it goes black screen for few seconds and then shutdown
