Game played on Linux Mint, though will not play on any of the new Proton updates (basically only plays on 8.0-5). No problems playing.
Tinker Steps:Switch to older version: 8.0-5
Does not work natively, only works (in my experience) with Proton v8.0-5. Proton 9 and up do not work, and neither does experimental or hotfix.

Game runs as good as it does on Windows as it does on Linux. I use Debian and was initially using X11 for compatability for specific software and the game does not under any circumstances (changing compatability in protonfixes, for example) launch in X11. Only upon switching back to Wayland was I able to get the game to function.
