Works absolutely flawlessly out of the box. I didn't have to do anything
Launched with Proton Experimental and worked flawlessly
Game launches. I can change settings. Once I start the demo from the menu it crashes
I hope the actual game works because this looks great!
Game ran absolutely flawlessly until a week or so ago, big RL update. Now I experience the Nametag Bug every single game. Nametags are gone or colors inverted. this makes the game almost unplayable, as it's an incredible handicap and hard to see the car models without the nametags.
Really, really happy with my linux gaming experience with Rocket League until the big update recently. The game still loads and runs flawlessly with no tinkering, just forced Experimental mode. The Nametag issue is basically an experience-breaking bug, as it hugly handicaps you. Apparently this bug has existed for 6+ years ... I'm not sure what randomly triggered it for me recently :-[
