Crackling audio not exclusive to this game, fixed entirely (from what I know so far) by switching to pulseaudio sound server instead of pipewire.
I am using i3, I have to basically spam the workspace I want to switch to as well as another (Example: Alt+1 and Alt+2, assuming game is on 3rd workspace onwards) to actually escape it.
Be aware of your VRAM, I ran out quicker than expected causing crashing and low fps. After applying proper settings and keeping track of my VRAM usage I am able to get 60-90fps and onwards depending on the area. Using FSR2 Quality.
Also, if you're using a compositor (Example: Picom with i3), make sure you disable it when playing, you can do this within Picom's configuration file by adding " unredir-if-possible = true; ". My fps showed 60+ but felt like 20-30 this was why.
